FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Contact: Betsy Wintringer Engles Inducted Into the UIC Chicago Area Entrepreneurship Hall of FameGlenview, IL—The second generation of Engles—Scott, Jeff, and Mark—were inducted into the UIC Chicago Area Entrepreneurship Hall of Fame on Thursday, February 24. Their father, Arthur Engle, was inducted in 1993. Scott, Jeff, and Mark are the principals of Association Management Center (AMC), a full-service association management firm serving professional, healthcare, and trade organizations. "Hard work. Dedication. Innovation. These are all vital elements that make any business successful no matter the economic climate. In times like [these], our inductees exemplify these characteristics," said Rod Shrader, Denton Thorne Chair in Entrepreneurship at the UIC College of Business Administration and faculty director for the Institute for Entrepreneurial Studies. "The Hall of Fame class of 2011 epitomizes the entrepreneurial spirit and business excellence needed to help get our economy moving while also inspiring our future business leaders to succeed."
