• Assemble and mail 1.2 million pieces of mail.
• Ship an average of 14,000 client orders
• Ship rush orders received via phone or fax within 24 hours
• Route an estimated 112,000 pieces of incoming mail

Quality control and continuous improvement measures are in place throughout our fulfillment process to ensure error-free service. Our state-of-the-art fulfillment center features:

• 5,000-square-foot warehouse (next door to AMC headquarters) offering extensive storage capacity for client materials
• UPS Online Worldship System networked with AMC's TIMSS database software for fast, efficient fulfillment and tracking
• Inkjet printer that labels up to 10,000 pieces per hour
• High-volume, high-speed copiers and folding machine

Following the high standards set by Amazon.com and Lands End, all AMC client orders that are shipped via UPS generate automatic e-mails to purchasers providing the date of shipment and tracking information.
