Under the strategic direction of an Executive Director, and with the active involvement of an AMC principal, the AMC Leadership Team:

Teams work closely with AMC's service departments to develop and deliver the most effective programs for your organization. Depending on your specific needs, your Team can include an Account Manager, Account Administrator, Education Manager, Marketing Manager and/or other positions you may require

  • Executive Director - Experienced in every aspect of operating not-for-profit organizations, the Executive Director serves as your chief staff executive officer, consulting with and advising your officers and board, overseeing program development and budgetary plans, and managing the account team and day-to-day operations. All AMC association executives are equipped with remote e-mail and voicemail, allowing them to be constantly accessible to your association's leadership.

  • Account Administrator - Handles office duties as well as committee communications, preparation of board meeting minutes, general Web administration, broadcast e-mails, etc.


  • Account Manager - Coordinates, implements and administers assigned projects and activities. The manager assures quality service for client projects and activities, with the objective of complete client satisfaction.


  • Education Manager - Plans, develops, manages and evaluates education programs; acts as liaison regarding education inquiries, and oversees education committee meeting logistics.


  • Marketing Manager - Manages communications with members and target audiences, conducts member surveys, develops marketing programs, and works with AMC's editorial and design staff to develop effective print and electronic collateral.
