AMC's onsite editorial and design staff provide expertise in publication management, editing, writing, and graphic design. Our communications experts create well-written and visually stunning educational publications and promotional pieces. Every year, our clients receive numerous national awards for publications created by our staff, including ASAE Gold Circle awards and APEX Awards of Excellence.

Our editors and graphic designers collaborate with AMC's marketing staff and association volunteers to create effective communication pieces that both inform target audiences and generate returns. AMC's communications staff is highly skilled in providing these services:

• Our editors plan, develop, edit, and write content for various publications, including e-newsletters, websites, brochures, exhibitor kits, and books.
• Our editors and graphic designers collaborate with marketing staff to create communications pieces that will promote events, products, and services to members and attract attendees.
• We will work with staff from AMC's General Processing Center to ensure that all printed pieces are delivered as efficiently as possible. This includes managing postal permits, mailing lists, and all other aspects of fulfillment.
• Our staff manages vendor relationships to provide our client partners with the best-available pricing and high-quality service. We seek competitive bids on all printing and pass along savings directly to our clients.
• Staff assists clients in developing new products through a structured development process.
• Our editors will collaborate with volunteers and authors to accurately and effectively deliver evidence-based scientific information to target audiences.
• Our graphic designers manage brands and use strategic placement of graphics and design elements to visually promote clients' mission, vision, and goals.
