Fulfillment Services

From shipping conference materials, newsletters, and other association products, to copying and assembling client publications, AMC's Fulfillment Team offers fast, efficient, and cost-effective service.

Order Fulfillment

On average, we process 1,500 product orders per month, and rush orders received via phone or fax are shipped within 24 hours. Regular orders are processed twice daily and rush orders are processed once per day, giving customers the most efficient delivery. Every order is inspected for quality and accuracy by a minimum of two staff members prior to shipment.

Following the high standards set by Amazon.com and Lands' End, all orders shipped from AMC via UPS generate automatic e-mails to purchasers indicating date of shipment and tracking information.

Many of our association partners take advantage of the ability to integrate their website shopping carts with the product order module in our Personify database. This integration improves turnaround time of orders.

Mail Management

AMC has invested in significant technology to provide our association partners with the highest quality mail services and processes. On average, more than 1 million pieces of mail, brochures, and invoices are mailed from AMC's General Processing Center (GPC) each year.
