AMC's information systems are developed with both client and staff needs in mind. Our Information Systems Team works diligently to develop and enhance AMC's capabilities to keep client organizations running smoothly and efficiently. This state-of- the-art infrastructure provides clients and staff with the following: a strong firewall, an e-mail server with high security and room for growth, redundant data backup, state-of-the-art in-house hardware and software, and a robust phone system with a full range of message capabilities.

AMC uses Personify Enterprise Suite, a multitiered, component-based database system that can be modified without the expense of customized scripting or programming, to manage membership. In addition to such basic information as mailing and e-mail addresses, phone and fax numbers, and dues payments, Personify tracks meeting registrations, committee memberships, product orders, conference presenters, fundraising, sales contacts, and all other details necessary to maintain accurate member profiles.

The Microsoft Dynamix SL financial application is linked to the Personify database, ensuring a detailed audit trail between transaction systems and financial reporting. FRX reporting tools allow finance staff to present financial data in any format that a client's leadership desires. In addition, F9 budgeting software standardizes, automates, and simplifies the budgeting process.
