AMC successfully manages and sells advertising in a variety of media, including print publications such as annual meeting program books, and online on websites. Our team has extensive expertise in selling advertising for our clients' journals, buyer's guides, directories, annual meeting program books, and websites.

Each year, we sell more than 1,000 advertisements, totaling 700 pages in print advertising, and dozens of banners on various websites. We maintain a database of more than 6,000 prospects.

Our relationship with vendors is enhanced by regular communication on advertising and exhibiting opportunities and by understanding the opportunities they seek from bonus distribution, special packages, and merchandising.

AMC promotes existing and new programs that can deliver additional revenue and benefits to our members. Case in point: We tripled an association's revenue within 2 years through a website banner program. Moreover, we generated $20,000 by developing a new program selling monthly sponsorships for an annual wall calendar.

By using a mix of media, our success rate of closing sales has increased. We use a variety of media to reach prospects: media kits with a rate card and demographic information, collateral materials such as postcards and brochures, websites, broadcast e-mails, and telemarketing.

Our sales success comes from listening to our clients, understanding and anticipating their needs—and then selling.
