In this role, she will serve as executive director for the Awards and Recognition Association (ARA) and the Midwest Roofing Contractors Association (MRCA). Ristau has been with AMC for the past 11 years, most recently as Senior Manager of Operations for ARA and the Metal Construction Association (MCA). Prior to joining AMC, Ristau spent 9 years working in association management supporting computer user groups. She holds the Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation, which less than 5% of association professionals hold, and has a BA in organizational communication from Loyola University. "Louise's extensive experience in the day-to-day operations of ARA and MCA will be invaluable as she moves into this new position," says Mark Engle, CAE, AMC principal. "Her sharp budgeting experience and action-oriented approach will serve her clients well in achieving their goals and advancing their missions."
