The cornerstone of our full-service management offering is our dedicated team of association professionals who manage all client activities. Our structure is simple and effective: Teams focus on clients' particular needs, build relationships with elected leaders, work with those leaders to establish goal, and achieve success through effective programming, open communication, and resource management.
We know that sound planning is key to clients' success—and our executive directors are experts at helping clients execute their strategic and marketing plans. They address the tough questions: How well are current educational products meeting members' diverse needs? Has professional and public awareness grown as a result of strategic efforts? Is the annual meeting as successful as possible? Once progress has been evaluated, the executive director evaluates tactics and determines which strategies may need to be revised.
Staff members share a passion for serving clients, and core administrative staff work closely with other specialized AMC staff members to ensure that clients' needs and goals are met. The extended team of specialists provides support in many areas, including sponsorship and exhibits management, data entry, member services, information systems, Web services, and publications.
