Philip A. Saigh, Jr., MA, serves as the executive director of the American Academy of Pain Medicine and the American Board of Pain Medicine.
 
He has been with AMC since 2005. His previous work experience includes 6 years with the American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons and 7 years with the American Osteopathic Association. Before that he worked in development and teaching.

He is dedicated to serving the Academy and the Board of Pain Medicine by ensuring strategic direction and effective operational goals through volunteer and staff collaboration. His scope of professional experience includes communications and marketing, strategic planning, fund-raising, staff management, and teaching.

Saigh has a BA from Loyola University of Chicago and an MA from the University of Chicago.
